Payments : Payments are due at the time of placing the order

Returns: Returns/Cancellations are not allowed unless the order was just placed. If we have started any work on your santa mail kit no refunds will be allowed.

Shipping : Once we have your santa mail kit complete, we will ship out on your specified date.

Email Delivery : We will email you your PDF copies of everything as soon as we finish giving you enough time to get them printed.
